Do you need ESP to work at Fraser Health?
Successful completion of the Introduction to ESP Training Program provides the prerequisite ESP knowledge for a Fraser Health Staffing Clerk role. There is NO course fee associated with this class. Please note that the minimum passing grade for this training program is 70%.
Can a Fraser Health employee work at VCH?
Individuals who have been serving clients in Fraser Health will continue to work in Fraser Health and likewise for VCH. Staff who work for current home support providers will be offered comparable employment (accountabilities, salary, benefits, hours and location of work) with VCH or Fraser Health.

What to expect in a phone interview with Fraser Health?
A lot of ‘tell us a time when’ scenarios .. be prepared to be able to address all aspects of the job description. Phone interview was mainly a character interview. They were welcoming and it felt semi-casual. They also asked a few situational interview questions towards the end.
