How long does it take to get a refund from Sunshine Village?

If you have not yet received your required paperwork (e.g. medical certificate or notice of transfer) your refund will be processed according to the date that your completed application package is submitted.

How is the refund calculated for Banff Sunshine?
A refund will be calculated based on subtracting the value of the days skied at Banff Sunshine (at our full-day regular priced window rate per day skied) from the passholder’s purchase price times the season percentage remaining.
