How to troubleshoot a Red Cross Learning Center issue?

Please log into the portal and click on the Questions tab to submit a case for the issue – https://www.redcrosslearningcenter.org/s/create-a-case. The issue will be researched and updates will be provided on the status until the case is resolved. Certifications for some instructors are displaying the wrong expirations dates.
