To work as a host/hostess at IHOP, you must be at least 16 years old. As a dishwasher/busser at IHOP, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. You will wash dishes, set and reset dining room tables, keep the service stations clean and orderly, and perform the required side work.
