At first I was excited to be apart of Mayo. As you get in though, you can see everything they told you was a lie. The compensation isn’t good for the skills, management is always showing favoritism and unless your apart of the medical staff, hr pays your complaints no mind.

How does vacation time work at Mayo Clinic?

Vacation time goes based off seniority and if you put in less than a week at a time you get put to the bottom of the list hoping to get approved. When you put in a week or more as they request, you still get denied completely or for some. In general they like to play favorites. As at any place you go to.
