How to prepare for a Texas Workforce Commission hearing?

A special notice for Commission hearings is prepared in the State Office. The hearing should be as complete in every detail as it is possible to make it. Additional witnesses may be requested or subpoenaed and all necessary independent investigations should be made if necessary to obtain facts desired by the Commission.

What happens after a Dwc administrative law hearing?
