Very long and unprofessional recruitment process then rushed through training with huge expectations and pushy managers. The place and management is built on customer service but has poor people skills.

A soulless company! A toxic heirarchy where even the most experienced customer service/sales consultants are treated like school children. Gossiping and rumour mongering are encouraged by management as power plays.

Management are horrific , the worst Management system the job is painfully low paid for the stress you go through daily the center is dirty and uncomfortable hot seating , you get abused daily from customers with no support and Management watch you constantly for any tiny reason to punish you and not pay the pitiful incentive.
